REASONS FOR COMPLAINTS
Complaints can be submited in the case of:
· wrong item(s) delivered
· delivery of goods that have material/functional defects.

DVD Zona Shop (Mala SRB Prodavnica doo) is obliged to decide on a customer complaint within 7 days from receipt of the appeal, and to immediately notify Customer about the outcome of the appeal, in writing or orally.
REPLACEMENT AND REFUND OF ARTICLES
When you send the package for replacement/refund, all the items must be in original condition - unworn and unused, otherwise we will not be able to approve replacement/refund.
Please write your address on package correctly, otherwise we will not be able to identify you and provide a refund.
Please DO NOT send us packages for replacement/refund before we inform you about the outcame of refund.
